This store is horrible went there 3 times in 2 weeks to get an inspection done on a 2015 Honda in perfect condition and got 3 different excuses this store is a total waste of space knock it down
An overall terrible experience. First, when this establishment was Merchant Tire, they put on a tire that was a completely different size and it messed up my alignment. When I caught the mistake, I still had to pay a prorated price for a new tire and I had to pay for an alignment when it was their fault. When they became NTB, I gave them another chance to do a routine NC car inspection (Friday, August 19th 2016).
