I was in the market for some new tires. Having an NTB card, i decided lets go to the thomasville location since its closer. MY FIRST MISTAKE So i totally expected to get quoted the much higher, more expensive tire price because sales. I’m pretty sure they intentionally kept my car well past the time it took to fix it. A temperature regulator took four hours to exchange! Ridiculous!! They knew I was waiting WITH MY CHILDREN in the shop. Very disappointed!

Always a great experience
Unprofessional. Employees sitting around doing nothing. Anytime I've gone in it takes forever to be waited on then their machines are down or it will be hours just to get a tire patched. They don't actually want your business from the way they handle potential customers. Never again.

So, just want to vent for a minute. I had an appointment at NTB formerly merchants in thomasville on Saturday. My appointment was for 10 am. Tire rotation and oil change. After waiting 3 hours even with an appointment I never received rotation. I also asked for tires to be gauged at correct pressure. 3 hours later I had no rotation and no correct tire pressure. I was told my tires could no be rotated because they were bald. I had to leave there and go gauge my tires myself. All were different pressures. I explained my tires ... read more
