Had an 8am appt. Got there at 7:45. Wanted oil change, tire balance & rotation, alignment if needed, & inspection. Car finally went into shop at 8:40. Had bought tires there so balance & rotation was free. Car was ready in about an hour. Said alignment wasn't necessary. On receipt said rotation done. Went on 1500 mile round trip, then looked at tires & realized weren't rotated!! Went back & was told tires weren't rotated due to tread wear. The guys at this shop are awesome super nice and friendly ....yes it took a lil while for the job to get done but they got it done and done right and safe upstanding group of guys in my book kept me up dated on everything will diffently go back cause the wait was well worth it �selling is service and service is selling they did both ......
Took over 2 hrs to do an oil change. There was a lady with 3pm appt that was still there at 4:30 and her car was in the air. They didn't put the filter on right on my car and it fell off and spilled oil all over the floor. They had to put another one on. Wish I could post the pic I took off the spill.
Awesome place, I'm always nervous about going to franchised automotive shops, but this place is great! The manager here is fantastic and service work gets performed very quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone!
I've had 2 experiences with this location so far and they have both went great! They were super friendly, made sure I understood everything and did a great job! The workers put on special shows to entertain my kids. I don't understand all the bad reviews and my experiences have always been awesome! I'd definitely recommend them.
Terrible customer service. Waited 2.5 hours for an inspection, only to find out I needed two tag lights that were to be $2.99 each but it was going to cost me $30 to get them installed. I will never come back to such a sorry place.

BEWARE. The cover that goes over my filter/area = GONE. The washer that is used to replace my oil filter = GONE. Horrible service. Do not recommend this place to anyone.
Watched the tech over raving and playing with a customers car, customer said something and the acted like a bunch of little kids and the "manager" did nothing but talk about the customer when they left. Said really.
