RecommendedThis is the first time I have ever used NTB. Very helpful staff, Savannah gave me a great price on a new battery for my Hummer. I normally go to an auto parts store, but after today, I’ll be going here first. You can’t put a price on great customer service. Thank you Savannah for the great experience.
I got to say I really love this place! Savannah was amazing! She was able to tell me everything I needed to get done to my car instead of most places where they tell me stuff I don’t need done! Thank you Savannah! Definitely will be coming back!

I was very impressed with how clean the store was, as I have found that other repair shops that I have been to are not very clean. The customer waiting area was very comfortable and accommodating. Every member of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I'll be going to this repair shop for all my repair needs in the future. I am very pleased with the results of the work that was done.
After having multiple poor interactions at the Airline location, the district manager sent me to this Denham location. They have renewed my faith in the company. They were able to find the source of my "pulling" woes and fix it. That was a year ago. Twice this week, I had to go to the shop, once to rotate/balance and another time for a nail in my tire. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! Worst service I've ever had at a repair shop. $800 dollars for a brake job on an 18 year old car. I would have been better off going to buy a new one.
Was there FOR 2 and a half hours in a hot waiting room for 1 tire! Customer service sucked, unfriendly and non careing attitude
