Nice on the phone to make an appointment ahead of schedule. did not have any body show up on time for my appointment. I even got there an 1hour earlier to make sure they did not wait on me. started my truck around 9:15 and got done at almost 10am . got to my truck the individual pulled out waves me over and gives me the truck. as I grab my handle the whole handle is covered in oil and my center console and my door pannel have oil smudges. change your gloves out and dont open and drive my rental truck with the same disposable... read more

Brought our vehicle there at 845 am they called at 12 and said oh we can’t do your alignment. No explanation , they did not say one reason why. When I dropped my son off to pick up his keys they tossed him the keys and walked to the back. Mind you 5 workers standing around in the back smoking doing nothing !!!! I have never seen a business ran like this.

the wait time is ridiculous thia is the 3rd and last time I'm coming here just a simple oil change is taking 2 hours never have I ever been in and out this place usually 2-5 hours my last dime spent here and there were only 3 cars here

Wife was denied service on our vehicle twice. Last year they refused to change the transmission filter on a vehicle with 180k miles, and just today they refused to do an oil change on the same vehicle siting a 'massive' oil leak. There is some oil on the undercarriage, and after checking, it was indeed a quart and a half low, but it was also 2500 miles past when the oil should be changed and is at 190k miles now. I'll be going somewhere else to service our vehicles and purchase tires from now.
