Less then a year ago, I bought a brand new set of tires. Brand new brakes pads, paid for alignment, rotation and balance. 2 days later I had to get a rear caliper. Now less then a year later, the caliper went bad. Was told in order for them to fix it. I had to drive back to Columbia. Sat around for 3 and a half hours. To be told that my caliper was fine that it was the hose that went to it. Drove back to North Carolina. Put on brand new rotors. Bad service. They fixed the wrong tire and left the one needing fixed flat. WOW!!!! Not good. Actually just sad. Will not go back and will steer everyone I know as far away as possible. Again WOW !!!
Yes... they had to get my filter from across town... it took an hour. Then when the filter got there, they put the filter on, put the oil cap on, and said "here you go..." I got 1/4th mile away and my oil light came on, then the car started making bad knocking, clanking, and whinging noises. I called them while driving and had to go down to the next exit on I-26 and turn around. I pulled straight into the garage Bay and the noise was so loud, every customer and mechanic turned around to look when I pulled in! Service manager... read more
