Today while traveling down I26 while pulling out 34 ft camper we got a flat tire. I called NTB on St Andrew's Rd to see if the could fix a flat tire, the man told me no, they were to busy and only had 1 mechanic. My husband called them back and they argued a minute or two and hung up on him. He called them back to ask for the manager and they hung up on him, again. Waited three hours for two tires and then got my cleaned car back with grease all over the wheels. So I had to clean them again. Also the guys wirking there did not know what the dots on the tires are for. If you don’t know. The tire manufacturer put these on there to show the best spot for balancing the tires. Got to be aligned with the valve stems. Also did not know how to reset the TPSM sensors on BMW vehicle. I had to show them how. Should have got paid for my lesson I taught them.
Please change your operation closing hour to 6pm instead of 7pm during the week. It is false advertisement to have that you close at 7pm but every time I come (which is usually before 6pm), you guys say you are booked or not taking anymore orders. I came at 5:47pm today. Yesterday I came at 5:55pm. It is hard to get here before 5pm when I get off work at 5pm. Nothing wrong with not taking anymore appts but just be realistic about the operational hours.
No one speaks when you enter the store. They just look at the computer and never address you. Came in for an oil change at 8am left my car since I had to return to work. After work around 5pm I pay for my oil change and get information on future maintenance suggested. Once I get into the car I notice there wasn’t a new oil change sticker and my passenger window was down. So I informed Ryan (Glasses)of the issues. After making an appointment for an oil change at 8am I’m still waiting at 11am... but they had a rough morning. I was greatly pleased with the service writer and his willingness to make sure I was a return customer.
Buck and the staff was awesome came in for tires and brakes; they found an another serious issue explained the problem got fixed !!!!
I wish that I would have read other poor reviews before I stopped in. After waiting hours to get 4 new tires put on, I was even more disappointed to find greasy hand prints all over the interior of my door and in the headliner above the door.
This is the worst place to get service at. They can't keep employees and they have a don't care attitude towards customers. I wish I never brought my second set of sorry tires from them. Soon as I can I am going to just go somewhere else and buy me a new set. They never balance correctly. When I got my alignment before had to go back too many time to have it done over and over again.
