My appointment was at 3 it's almost 4 now and my vehicle is still sitting in the same parking spot as when I got here. I made the appointment to avoid being here for hours. I have watched 4 other vehicles pull up and techs go straight to them doing whatever yet not a single one has moved my truck into one of the empty bays.
