9 am appointment they said 2 1/2 hours 11:30. They can’t do a transmission filter change because of high mileage understandable. So less work less time right 😂😂😂 it is now going on 1:30 pm wtf
I will not take my car back to any NTB for any services! I went for a simple oil change. when I returned at first I thought my car had not even moved. The manager showed me the new oil in my car. Little did I know, I had a bigger problem, my car would NOT start! After trying to convince me "an oil change would never do this to your car and ohh now I see it seems to be stuck in gear", you have to get a $110 diagnostic test vs having a tow truck move your car which will run you $60 anyways. Making an appointment with these people does NO GOOD. Made an appointment online Thursday morning to get my car aligned on Saturday. I show up for my appointment time and they say over 1.5 hours till my car gets seen because of the walk-ins. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!
They were terrible! We spent too much money because they didn't get it right the first time! I will never take any of my car back there!!!!!!! BEWARE!
If you ask for a tire rotation, see a tire rotation on your invoice AND the tech “signed off” on the rotation, please check and make sure they actually rotated your tires.
Thank you to the entire NTB crew at the two notch road location! You guy's are awesome! Great personalities, excellent customer service skills and very knowledgeable. So far I have taken my vehicle to them twice for different repairs and each time I have been very pleased with the outcome! I definitely have found an auto place I can trust and is reasonable as well. So thank you again to, Zachary, the mechanic and the entire team for a very pleasant visit.
