This NTB did a great job yesterday on my vehicle. I had struts replaced and an alignment done. I was out the door in half the estimated time and the car rides like it did when it was new. Everyone was friendly and professional.
I went in for one tire and an alignment. From the moment I walked in the door, they were determined to upsell me. First, they convinced me to buy two tires, instead of just replacing the one ruined by the alignment being off. Initial quote for two tires and an alignment came to $540. I told them I didn't really need to highest grade tire and to find something middle of the line. Second quote came to $320. I agreed.
