i was stranded on 315 with 5 kids 92deg out side mr tire told me to call tomorrow they could get me in then i told them my story about kids they dident care called NTB the told me no problem he would fix it the stem broke not only did they fix rite away but he wouldent even let me pay alsome people
Coming home from a family vacation out of state got all the way back to Columbus and had a flat tire on one of the vehicles Mr. tire and a couple other shops wouldn’t offer any help told us they couldn’t get us in today even though we were stuck on the side of 315 with 5 kids under 13 and Replace the stem balance the tire and didn’t even charge us these guys are awesome saved our day
I had a flat tire and needed someone to change it to my spare for me. The guys got me in and out in no time with no charge. I am happy with my experience with NTB and I am thankful they were available to help me. I would gladly recommend them to anyone!

I'm a small business owner, and I find that relationships are very important. I have trusted NTB to keep my personal cars and work trucks running for years now. They know my vehicles, how I use them, and they know that I only spend money on repairs that are absolutely necessary; I appreciate that they respect that. And I have a deep respect for their opinions as car experts. If they tell me it's needed, I believe them. It's a great relationship, and I value that highly.

I am typically apprehensive when I have to take my car in for anything to be repaired. So I found a nail in one of my tires on a relatively new car. I was able to schedule with NTB the same day for this service. There was a chance that the tire could not be patched because the nail was a bit close to the sidewall. But they patched it, tire was ok, and service was completed within about 30-40 minutes. You guys are lifesavers!
