I was very impressed by their impeccable service. Super helpful and very fast. Didn't turn me away, even right before close. They listened to what I was saying and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be back, customer for life.

My car overheated today and they happened to be the closest stop. They said my water pump and coolant tube needed replaced at a cost of over $500. Well,Zehner's Service Center who are aces, said my water pump was fine.They replaced the coolant tube, which is the lower hose to the water pump at a cost of $142.This isn't the first time they have tried to get over on me. Nice try Lao Che!
Total rip off. Unfortunately I'm a meatcutter not a mechanic,so I rely on this place because it's close to my job. My car was stalling when starting my vehicle so I take it to NTB, I guess they ran a diagnostic test and I'm told it's the thermostat and housing and this can cause the stalling, when I dropped the car off I did leave a note saying it's possibly the alternator belt or serpentine belt, well 330.00 and new thermostat and housing is in, a week later it's stalling again worst, so I take it back WOW now it's the alte... read more
In and out in 30 minutes and work was excellent!!!
Sexist. Rude. Unprofessional. Terrible estimates. Was given an estimate that was extremely high when it is much lower to fix. DO NOT GO HERE. Was treated poorly and laughed at when argued the price and issue at hand. Pretty sure they didn't handle my car incorrectly so it would further more issues and costs. If I could give a worse review I would.
