I own an E450 Bus. Cuyahoga Falls , Ohio branch has provided service to me before, as long as It doesn't need lifted. when I called, the manager that answers says " bring it in in the morning and we'll see what we can do" . when I get there a different manager refuses the look. says it's too big to lift. I told him " different shifts need to be on the same page. last night they told me to bring it in so they could look at it." his reply was " I don't care to listen to you anymore, get out of my store or I'll call the police!... read more

I feel that you could save money and have a better mindset of your vehicle being properly serviced if you took it somewhere else.
Incredibly overpriced and service was awful. We were charged when they did nothing to fix my car. We will never return.
As previous customer reviews state complete incompetent service and customer service representatives. Christineaka Vintson couldn't even offer a simple apology for breaking my oil cap and having me waiting for over 3 hours. Horrible representatives of the service industry.
Yesterday we went to NTB Cuyahoga Falls wanting to replace a tire. Actually wanting to replace a tire and get a second to match. The spare was on . In taking off the spare, they broke a stud. To fix what they broke, and get two tires, the price was $ 791.96! What? No way! We towed the car to our regular mechanic. He fixed what NTB broke for ... Wait for it... $71. Seventy one , not seven hundred and ninety one. You should be ashamed. Do not go here!!!!
RecommendedI showed up there an hour before close on a Sunday. They squeezed me in and had me out in less than an hour. They really saves the day! Very friendly too!
