My husband went in at 3 PM to have a tire plugged. It is almost 6 now and he is still waiting while the technician spends his time on his phone. Worst customer service ever!

Fire the bald headed a33hole "mgr" and get decent mechanics to work there.
Had the oil changed, they put the wrong oil filter on. Took it back they put the right one on. But it could've been bad
Although I haven't had first hand experience with this location, my family has and it was the worst experience you could imagine. I've heard nothing but awful things about this location & wouldn't recommend trying it unless you enjoy wasting your time and money. Customer Service here is AWFUL and the reviews prove it!!!
4 new tires put on and they didn't balance them, despite the paperwork listing it. Apparently the machine is broken, but didnt say anything. My husband paid and drove off only to have shaking start at about 40 mph. My husband checked and discover NO WEIGHTS on any of the tires. The deception is infuriating! He drove back only to be sent to another store to get the work completed. No compensation for the time and repeated trips to the store to fix the problem they created.
