If you're looking for THE most subpar tire place in the entire Austin area look no further. Here "NTB" stands for NOT THE BEST. So first off it's a simple tire replacement and when we showed up the tires were on the car and it was outside and ready for us, sweet right? But you know what else tires need? Air DUH. So we had to get the woman at the front desk and SHE aired up the tires for us and tried to find the sad excuse of a worker who did the job. The counter staff and the mechanic went out of their way to help me. I've been going to NTB for a long time. I've never had any problems but this visit I was treated the best.
Arrived shortly before 5pm. Employee behind counter half a$$#d greeted me. When I told her I needed an oil change. She abruptly stopped me mid sentence. Her responce"wont be done today". "We only have one employee whos competant to do that. There are aleady two being done. Guess i should have read other reviews before wasting my time driving in from Jonestown.
Ok you pay alot of money for new tires and then they tell you it's 2 hours to patch a tire? Y'all didn't have a problem taking my money when i got the tires and got in done in an hour with more cars in front of me. You have lost my money I will get tires from Discount Tire from now on. Your Manager at that store acts likes it's a problem to fix a tire... Just because it's a flat repair and it's free. It's called customer service.... I will not recommend NTB to anyone....
