I came in earlier in the week to get an alignment and was told that even though I had an appointment I would still have to wait in line because they do first come first serve. I watch others who had appointments get their car taken in and an hour went past and my vehicle was still I. The parking lot. Had an appointment and it still took 1.5 hours to replace a tire and get an oil change.
Worse experience. Bought new tires and battery and few months ago and have not been satisfied with the problems that have ensued. Terrible customer service. I will never give them business again.
