They charged me for unauthorized repairs & threatened to take my vehicle & call security if I did not pay the total amount! I authorized $595 & was changed over $1100.00 The manger refused to help the situation! I was taken advantage of! I would recommend everyone to stay as far away from this site as possible!! I run a company myself & if we did business in such manner we would be out of business! It’s not okay to take advantage of people!!!
I went to this center near their closing time, but the service manager, Jordan not only accommodated my service needs, but he was friendly and professional. I knew from his look that he was as tired as I was after a long day at work, but he didn't complain and even gave me a service discount. Amazing! They earned themselves 10 new customers that night. P.S: Their service technicians are ASE Certified.
I would not recommend this place to anyone for any reason. The store manager was rude refused to even talk to me and was total waste of my time in trying to get my car checked out
The manager went above and beyond to make sure I was informed at each step of the way, as well as comfortable while I was waiting. I would highly recommend them to my friends!
