Well. After a bad experience at a different location, I called customer service and asked them to assist me making and verifying an appt for today. He came back with an appt and a verification of honoring it. 60 minutes later, they tell me that they haven’t touched my car. Is the entire company this poorly operated? Or just the ones in Birmingham. They all have 2 stars on yelp. Buyer beware.

I want to give a huge "THANK YOU!!!" To Jacob Grayson and the crew at NTB. They replaced our tire that got a nail in it and was too worn to be plugged, with amazing customer service. We will be going back to get the rest of the tires replaced. ��️�️�️�️�️ 6 STARS
