You all must be INCREDIBLY understaffed in the Birmingham Alabama area... It took you all 4+ hours to install two new tires and an oil change... scratch that y’all never got to the oil change. So just 4 plus hours to install two tires and balance. We only used you all out of an emergency, but we will never use you guys again.... our regular mechanic and techs can literally replace all four tires on a vehicle plus do an oil change and balance in less than two hours. Used to be a huge NTB fan for 15+ years, I was in there about every month or so with one of my 4 cars getting tires or service done. Until last year. My AC went out in one of my cars, so of course I went to NTB. $1400 later had a nice cool car, great. Until a few months later when one of the AC lines burst, and NTB said they didnt replace any lines, only the compressor and wanted $600 more. Really???? I'm not replacing my home's AC, just my car's. Charging extra to add shims to a program alignment package doesn't seem fair.
I had set up an appointment for 10:30 am. I met with Marcus Stewart, assistant manager. We went over the requested work (two tires and alignment). Marcus completed the work order and took my keys. He said the car would be ready by noon. At 11:45, Marcus called to tell me my car was completed. Great service!
We came in for a tire rotation. Specifically asked them to make sure they put air in tires due to tire pressure light being on. Told him I wait in waiting room. After 1 1/2 hours, I went out to counter and he said that it had been ready. No one ever came in the waiting area to tell me It was ready. Once I left and got on 280, I went about 1 mile and the tire pressure light came back on again. I went and put air in the tires myself. They are incompetent.
