Jared the Manager is the best Manager. He calms me down when I am upset about the reality of owning a car when it breaks down. He helped me out with my Infiniti warranty. He comes up with solutions and not add to the problem. He should be a trainer to train other managers. In my experience, Jared knows how to keep a customer to return to HIS NTB. Love this guy and he IS That guy!!!
I will not be going back here....i made an appointment online and had to come back the next day and still sit there all day....just for an oil change.....I've never waited 4 hours with an appointment for an oil change!!!!!
