Poor customer service, they let customers take other customers keys and fail to fix the problem until cops are called in after management hides for 2 hours with out telling me anything. I left my car at 10:30am Friday 5-31-19 and at 2 pm I returned to a car but no keys to anything. They did call the said customer but no response after I demand to know where my keys are . . So lost a full day for nothing because there lack of customer service. Even the manager hide from me because he knows he was wrong not handling the issue ... read more

I dropped my car off around ten this morning. It had a nail in my front tire. The lady that checked me in said maybe you will need new tires. Because the trend is to small. I said okay. I dropped off the car waited till 5 pm and called to check on what was quoted to be 1 hour 45 minute job. They tell me it's ready. I get there and no work has been done. I m furious. No call no nothing all day. This is gross incompetence. I highly advise no one to ever go there. Every time we go ( shame on us) it's like this.

I brought my car into NTB on Saturday because my low pressure light came on. My tire was not even flat, just low. I was charged $22.99 for repair. I asked the tech why I was being charged and he explained it was because I had not bought my tires there. I have been going to NTB with my last 5 cars and not once, never, ever was I charged to fix a flat. Just wanted to throw it out there, but if you're in the Houston area, and need tires, a battery, or just about anything else for your vehicle, don't hesitate to take a trip here! I've had wonderful, prompt, and professional service anytime I've been there! Just ask for the manager, Crista, when you walk through the door. She is fantastic.
