take less than an hour for an oil change when I'm the only car in the garage. then not lie that my cars battery tested bad and I need a new one. the guy jumped it and then admitted it was a loose battery terminal. Will not be back!

Was able to get my car in right of way for an oil change. Quick and courteous service as usual.
Extremely slow! Had an appointment and it still took over 2 hrs for 4 tires!
I have a tire with a slow leak. It was extra low this morning due to not driving all week because of the holidays. I planned on airing up at the qt on my way out of town. Their machine was GONE. Of course I had no change on me so I crossed my fingers that NTB would be open and able to help me. Huge thanks for helping get this mom with kids in the car moving along quickly on safely inflated tires.
