don't bother making an appointment, they will just make you wait HOURS anyway, for a simple state inspection of a new vehicle. go to jiffy lube down the street. no wait.
Worst service ive ever dealt with. I dropped it off on monday and was told the tires would be in tuesday and it would be done by wed. I call on Wednesday and am told the tires wont be in until the following wednesday. So i take them a different set of wheels and tires thursday morning and am told it will be done that day. I made an appointment to have new tires on my truck for friday so i could drop the truck and leave in my car but then they tell me my car wont even be done until friday afternoon. They treat women or unaware people like they can take advantage of them. For a tire plug is okay.
This place sucks. Period.
Went in asking for an alignment and they told me they couldn’t do it because the control arm and 3-4 other things needed replaced, which made aligning the tires impossible. None of what they showed me on the car looked in need of replacing; however, not being a mechanic myself, I took it to two other shops where both said NOT a single item NTB said needed replace actually needed replaced. Why offer an appointment time if you don’t actually have the time to work on my car? My car was scheduled at 9 am. My husband just walked in the door at 12:50. I could see a couple hours. I get it is busy. But almost four hours? Ridiculous! And non-appointment people got in and out first. Next time I’ll just drive up and expect service. Unbelievable!
I don’t ever post reviews but this place has been out of control and poorly run the last few times I have been there and have now lost my yearly purchase of tires forever. Starting with never being able to find the alignment package in their system that I purchase every time so have to pay for another alignment, the incompetence of not being able to fix a leaking tire after two visits, drastically under estimated weight times, installing incorrect sized tires because they didn’t have the correct ones in stock after quoting a... read more
There obviously is no point in making an appointment a week early. Then coming early. Over an hour past my appointment and car still isn't in a bet yet.
I can’t even express how horrible the service and facility is. The incompetent management made no attempt to fulfill my service. The restrooms and waiting room was filthy and had no toilet paper, dirty floors, toilets, etc. dropped off vehicle for an 11 AM appt. promised done by 3. Pulled in at 3:30 and the truck hadn’t even moved from where I parked it. Had to go back in because the installer left off the center caps of the wheels. Would not recommend to anyone.
