What a joke. Stranded along the turnpike a half of mile away from the pike. Could bring the rim to you but couldn’t put a tire because you’re too busy. What a joke I will never get anything from here.
RecommendedChuck and the team at Penn Ave NTB have been taking care of my Hyundai Sonata for a couple years since they opened. I was in and out for my inspection. Everyone was friendly and I had a great experience! This was the first time doing a "car thing" without my husband around, so I appreciate the good job! Thanks guys!
They forgot about my car. I took it in first thing, was told the tech wouldn’t be in for an hour, and then waited for 9 hours. I even called at 11 am, nd was assured they were just about to get to it. The guy behind the counter was apologetic, but the manager was not. Screw ups must be standard procedure here.
Time management is non existent here made a appointment they started my car almost 90 minutes after the Scheduled time. Chatting with customers in the waiting room some had been there for 5 or more hours only go here if you have time to waste and don’t expect what you need done in a timely manner!
I needed to get tires and rooters for my car and they had one of the best prices around! The manager there was very helpful and made sure they got the work done by the time I was out of work. The staff was very friendly as well! I highly recommend it! thank you Matt and team!!
