After having a bad experience before but deciding to give them another chance. Best decision ever. Management is on top of their game and employees. The shop was nice, clean and warm with the option to wait, have coffee and watch tv. They were able to do not only an amazing job on the first vehicle that I left the second one up there the same day. I went to this location Saturday morning and the service was horrible. One of the associates got in my face and slammed my keys on the table because I said the service sucks. Very poor customer service, I will never go here again.
They knowingly use the wrong parts on your vehicle and then try to hid it. My entire wheel came off while I was driving. Luckily no one was hurt. Worst experience. Will never go back.
