Disregard for safety, and consistent issues with products I have been a customer of NTB for years. About 3 years ago I purchased a full set of tires and the warranty. One of my tires kept going flat. After taking it numerous times to be repaired, it was discovered finally that there was a leak on the TPMS system and they fixed it. I just got an oil change here and everything seemed ok. But I had to mention to them I had a leaking CV boot, they didn't notice. I also realized they didn't mention that my check engine light was on, even though I know what the problem is. But then when I got home and checked under the hood I noticed they didn't top off my washer washer solvent or brake fluid. Both basic things you should always do when changing someones oil.
I brought my car in for an appointment at 8am And the manger Eric said my car would be done by 12. I called and ask if it was done and they said they hadn’t gotten to it yet so I called two separate times and they both said they working on it so I come in at 630 and they were just pulling the car up on the lift to work on it this is just ridiculous this place is so slow and also being the fact that I was lied to about several times about weather my car was being worked on or not
RecommendedI went in to replace 1 tire a couple of days ago. They checked my entire car and asked me to come in the back so they can show me some issues they found. They explained not only did I need 1 tire but 3, a wheel alignment and tie rod. Even though I was in shock because I was not expecting to spend that much because I thought I just needed 1 tire replaced, the manager, Eric Pratt, explained to me it was all needed and would save my life. I can't say enough about the exceptional service I received at your N. Military Hwy location. It all started with your service mgr. Wayne making sure the right guys were put on my vehicle. James and Fred worked hand-in-hand to diagnose my vehicles problem. They never gave up on figuring out my issue and they were able to get the parts and repair my air conditioner. Terrible!!
I will never do business with them again...I have been getting oil changes and front end alignment's there for years.Had the worst experience there this weekend ever.They just recently changed their name and hired new management which they should've sent to management school because they are very unprofessional.There's a young lady who's a manager there who has no understanding what customer service is all about.Let me start from the beginning a year or so ago I got an oil ch...Continue Reading
Great place excellent service quality work!
Problem with my brakes was not diagnosed before they told me that I needed brakes and rotors. After a day or so I realized that they had not fixed the problem I took it back and I was told that I needed a booster which I believe was the problem in the first place. I ended up paying for brakes and rotors that I don't believe I needed at that time. Very dissappointed with merchants.
