App was not working couldn't add payment method called nrma, remained 20mins on hold still no response. Had to take risk of driving with my remaining battery. NRMA Needs to work on their chargers. Had similar experience in Sydney, reached the charger with low battery and it was out of order
The Old Faithful of the Bateman's Bay fast chargers, this one is always working. Popular and the first choice of many EV drivers. Short walk over to the mall and Coles for some groceries, toilets, cafes, or head in the other direction for McNuggets and fries.
Drove up, plugged in and got the charge we needed after a 90km detour due to closed roads. All done in the time to buy and drink a coffee. As long term NRMA members we are glad to see this investment in EV infrastructure and hope to see it expand.
