Broken rock wall (all summer) in the pool, hot tub closed during BUSINESS HOURS for cleaning, pool closed at 3:30 today for whatever stupid reason. You have to.work around their silly schedule of events just to swim. Worthless if one has to pay close attention to a schedule just to enjoy a swim.
Decided to come after not being here for a while. Same old problems here and quickly reminded me as to why I stay the hell away from this place. My issue? THE LIFEGUARDS. you are so many complaints towards their absurd behavior and yet they still never change anything or listen to PAYING CUSTOMERS. I'VE LEARNED MY LESSON.
I used to really like coming to this gym when I was a teenager. Over the years as more residents moved into North Richland Hills, It has become really overpopulated with people in the morning and even in the evenings when everybody gets off work, it seems to get worse. I really wanted to renew my membership, but I can’t imagine ever paying $30 a month dealing with this stuff.
