I was there when this incident happened. The man complained for the price of a cup of ice. When clearly in the picture the man posted the sign states it cost .50 cents The boy apologized for the price but he was only doing his job. The guy continued complaining about taking to a manager. Which he couldn't reach. He started saying about a product he has previously purchased that was expired and he was going to make a huge deal of the whole situation. Today I had the worst experience at La fitness. There was a new guy working that isn’t a regular that is African American with an Afro. He refused to give me his manger information when wanting to reach out and lied and said his name was Micheal. I’ve paid for a drink that was expired and made me sick due to not taking care of there products. This is a major matter and I advise you but from here. Go to cake outside LA fitness!
Had hard time finding location. Seriously they just answered phone in a rude manner. They don’t deserve my business.
