Mixed bag here. I see other reviews mentioning staff. My experience was that they were nice. The smoothie I asked to be made thick was actually made pretty watery. It's a good vibe overall being it's inside LA Fitness. As a Wedding and Event DJ in Miami, South Florida, Key Largo, Islamorada, the Florida Keys, and Southwest Florida, I can understand how staff may not be that upbeat during off peak times, plus some of the members at this gym can be a bit rude which has to affect staff. The most expensive colada. And hirribke taste. I think bad quality if cofeeAnd the most horribke service. The girl talking by phone not even pay attention what she doing.

Representative was more concerned about her phone call than taking my order. Messed up on the size and said she added a supplement when she didn’t, since I was looking at her the whole time. Don’t mind the food/smoothie but they continue to have sub par staff.

Staff in the front very rude, a Celsius always has a different price each day. Could be 3$ today or 4 or 5$ the next day and back and forth. Who knows how many dollars you got to carry since there’s never a set price for a Celsius. Avoid here.

Waited over 20 minutes for someone to attend me, since the counter was empty. Not sure how a business can operate leaving the front unattended for that amount of time without any sign or notice to customers. Ended up going to smoothie king, which quality wise is not as good but they always have someone available.
