I got NRGs #from PUD website I had a guy come out names Tom he quotes me $1000 I wrote him a check for my roof to be repaired and he took my money ,did no work and never came back.he called me saying the co. Won't give his$1000 back since you're loan didn't go thru. Then he said he felt bad and works pay me back out of his own wallet. He called back 3 min later telling me a sob story about his wife in the hospital she decided he can't pay me now. Sorry to bad..no .
