Niel is phenomenal. On more than one occasion he has told me "I dont need to replace/repair" something like other contractors do. NRG's pricing if not competitive, has been cheaper than other plumbers. He caters to emergencies like a champ and is the most accomodating contractor I have ever worked with. Do yourself a favor and use Niel; fair, affordable, on time and all around great guy
