Currently there are a lot of customers waiting for us to arrive. Paying jobs take precedent over free estimates. We believe in being transparent and upfront if we just don’t have an immediate opening for a new project. We would rather turn away a free estimate rather than promising to show up show up and then find ourselves unable to make it due to unforeseen plumbing emergencies. Quick Service. Great price.
Fast response to leaky water heater. I had NRG install the original 8 years ago and liked the service. I had a bit of sticker shock when I replaced with equivalent as the price had increased about 50% from 8 years ago. However, when water heater is leaking I appreciated same day install.

Bad customer service. Called and person hung up on me.
I received four estimates for a hot water heater and water softener installation. NRG was the second to lowest estimate AND has THE best attitude/customer service. We went with him largely do to his disposition and excellent communication. That is tough to find with plumbers it seems...not all and certainly not NRG! Super happy with our decision.
