Cut all spin classes and lost the best instructor. Got rid of childcare. Cut silver sneakers? Trying to tend to a demographic that Milford doesn’t have. This isn’t LA!

This GYM is terrible! Don't join and get injured they only care about getting there monthly fees! Go to another gym buyer beware!!!

I love the bootcamp and max30 classes that they offer! The gym is clean and modern and the trainers are motivating and give individual attention.
