NO complaints. NRG suits my needs perfectly. I appreciate that it's open 24 hours a day so I can go when I want. When I've needed to contact management, they were courteous, professional and responsive.

Super clean and friendly staff, always greeted with a warm welcome at the Mansfield location and now Milford!!
Wonderful staff!!! Clean and really well maintained! So many areas, machines, classes, and daycare! We love it!
I am very frustrated with this gym. They took away all the muscle conditioning classes and all the 4:15pm classes. They don’t listen to their customers needs. They don’t value their customers or their instructors. Time to look for a new gym with more classes and management that cares.
