I have lived with np dodge several times and just had wonderful experiences. Right now i am woodbridge in Millard and i have never in my life seen such RUDE MANAGERS . The maintenance guy is great and i would almost stay just for that but next July were out. It is a lovely quiet senic place. Its a shame someone with manners cant be hired! Jeanyce Johnson
Called the 24/7 number due to AC being out. Gentleman claims he can’t find our address so they can’t help us out and to “call back during normal business hours”. Are you kidding me? I’ve never seen such poor customer service in my life. Now let’s go back to move in day. After driving 3 days from Tampa, we arrive ON TIME to find nobody waiting for us to hand the keys over...Agent completely ghosted us. Thank god the landlord happened to drive by 2 hours later to save us from the heat. I recommend you steer far away from this ... read more
We have been working to lease on a commercial property with Mickey. We agreed on the price and he was supposed to get a lease agreement paper emailed by the next day. The next day turned into a week every-time he would tell the lawyer is working on getting the agreement ready, then after a week he said that he didn't know that there is somebody else who offered longer lease term and he wasn't aware of it. This is complete absurd. Absolutely unprofessional. Be aware of this agent. He doesn't do his job as he should.
