RecommendedA great Brokerage to work for. The very first RE Brokerage in the U.S., family owned and treats their Realtors like family. Great reputation with the community and very accessible with multiple offices in and near Greater Omaha.
They advertise prices online that are lower than the price they’ll actually rent units for. An Example would be an apartment in the Historic Florentine that was advertise on Zillow and rent.com for $600. When I emailed about it they immediately told me that they don’t have $600 apartments and they’re $785. That’s a $185 difference than what they advertise vs what they charge. If they’re that dishonest before you even move just imagine how HORRIBLE your lease term is gonna be.
Highly recommend NP Dodge! My agent was Kirstin Brown and she was very proactive and hands on, building rapport with the seller and myself. This type of professionalism made for a smooth home buying experience. I’ve also worked professionally with and around the NP Dodge company. I have not been involved with another company who prides itself on its employees. Thanks NP Dodge company!

I would not recommend NP dodge Real Estate. Recently had an offer written by Lisa Czerwinski who didn’t know anything about the buyers. They backed out less than a week after signing their contract. Lisa later claims she didn’t know them and they were an Internet lead. Keep in mind Lisa gave me a 2 hour timeframe to accept or deny the offer, on a holiday nonetheless.
