I had my 2015 Touareg towed to Noyes Volkswagen to address an engine light. and have the oil changed. I was told my motor was blown, has to be replaced. Parts were priced I was told they would start immediately. I was given a large estimate, I said ok. I informed the service manager about a factory warranty. The next morning the owner of Noyes called me, claiming I tampered with the motor to get a replacement. After facts were exchanged. he then told me my wife and I forged these warranty papers. We do our best to protect us and our customers. If a customer wants a large repair done under a 3rd party warranty we always verify warranty coverage with that 3rd party. We were given the warranty information and once calling the company to verify, we were told there was no record of warranty on that car. Needless to say the customer would not have been happy if they had to foot the bill for a new engine when they had no intentions on paying for one.
