Great value My mother and I have gotten glasses from NOW for over 10 years. The value is incredible and the staff is top notch. I pick from the selection they have in the store and have glasses that have lasted over 3 years each time. The staff is responsive to problems and helpful when trying to pick what works for your face.
Shockingly bad service I took a pair of antique frames into NOW optical outlet for a lens replacement. When I dropped them off they were in mint condition; however, when I picked them up, one of the two inch ornamental pieces was missing from the side arm. When I inquired about this, the manager told me that there was no 'proof' that piece was not already missing when I dropped them off.
