Beautifully photographed units, not so beautiful in real life. Maintenance calls unanswered for days. Supers don't speak English. It's never their fault.
They are a management company for the builing in which I live. Therr maintenance request response is just horrible. They will go ahead and read the request and close it out as if the work was done while they just sit there and do nothing about it. And you can never find someone on the phone right away. Always voicemail.
I love my apartment in West York. Beautiful view of nyc from my living room. No maintenance issues, I did call the maintenance line once for a small leak in the bathroom sink and they were here, and it was fixed in 2 hours. Staff is always friendly and pleasant. Thanks
