Novu Sushi was a wonderful dining experience. The sushi is very good and fresh. Sushi is a new food for me and Novu has me wanting more. The cocktails are different and tasty. I will go back very soon. It is a great place!

I have already dined at Novu twice. The sushi is very fresh and excellent with some creative rolls. The hand crafted cocktails are delicious. The decor is modern and glamorous. The employees are extremely friendly, and they aim to please. The owners are very hands on and care about your experience. Junction City is such a fun location! I'll go back soon.

I love this place! The design and atmosphere were excellent. Lots of sushi options along with many other menu choices. We ordered the Malibu Roll, Hula Roll, and Salmon Spider.....they were delicious and the fish was FRESH! The quality, variety, and prices were great! This is a great new addition to Peoria. We will definitely be returning!

I ate there for the first time today and LOVED the place. The food was Fresh and Delicious, I had the White Dragon and Mount Fuji Rolls - Excellent. The Dining atmosphere is Clean and has sophisticated feel. The waitstaff was great and I was greeted by the owner himself. I will be going back soon

I am a big sushi fan and I was waiting for this place to open for long time. The one thing that made me go and check the restaurant was their promise to have fresh sushi in Peoria . The sushi was amazing I didn't believe it was that fresh till I tried! Yes I did pay couple more dollars then a other sushi places in Peoria but it was worth it! I love sushi, I eat it 4 times a week and if I spend 3$ more so be it, at least I get a fresh fish! I asked to talk to the owner because I was very curious what is the process of getting... read more

Unlike the other reviewers I did not have cocktails. So here it is straight with no chaser. The service was reeeaaallll slow, there was my party of 3 and one other person in the restaurant and it still took 45 min to get sushi. The Beef Gyoza appetizer came out at about 10 min. but was not hot. I informed my waitress and she said she would let the kitchen know. The crab rangoons were mostly puffed air in the inside. Beautiful place with modern design! We ordered appetizers and sushi it was yummy! They have a long list of special sushi and I want to try everything!
