RecommendedMy husband and I live in these apartments and have very much enjoyed our time here. It’s a safe environment and suits our needs. The management is always very helpful and maintenance is prompt. I would definitely recommend.
RecommendedMy husband and I moved here in January and have enjoyed living here! We love the location and how it’s close to the trails and downtown Rochester! We’ve had a few maintenance requests and they came out in a very timely manner and fix the issue right away. We also love the layout and having a basement for storage with washer/dryer.
RecommendedI’ve lived in this community for over a year, and I love it. They are quick to respond to any maintenance requests. They are always doing something to improve the community. It’s centrally located with easy access to Canton, Ypsi, Ann Arbor, and a short drive to a ballgame. And if you’ve got fur babies, their pet policy rocks! I love living here!

RecommendedI have lived in Meadowood Park Apartments for 2 and a half years. These are family friendly apartments. Everything is so clean and well kept. Whenever I’ve had to call maintenance, which was only once, they were very quick with responding. Every trip I’ve had to the leasing office has been great as well. Janay and Ashley are great and always so helpful, they keep a smile on my face!!!! I love Meadowood and I’m sad to be leaving.
