I see both a therapist and psychiatrist here. I don't have issues with either except the bill. My insurance is great, but this company doesn't seem to understand that when I ask about my account balance, I want the whole bill information not just the co-pay. Otherwise it's an ok place.
DR GARCIA IS SEXIST AND RUDE, I went in with terrible Panic Disorder and right away he wanted to switch all my medications I've been on for years and when I was hesitant to do so, he said something along the lines of "call your boyfriend and then tell me your decision" NOT ONCE DURING MY APPOINTMENT DID I MENTION A BOYFRIEND, I'm a young girl and he automatically assumes I can't make decisions about my own health and I need a man to decide for me... disgusting and was overall a terrible experience at this office. he didn't t... read more
This place it alright…. Lynn is nice & they have new staff at the front desk that are good, so I feel better about my experience so far Leaving 4 stars since the manager at the front desk is always rude about everything I ask or come in for
Family member was a patient here for a short time. I wish we never came here as all it seemed was a place to give out prescriptions like candy. Dr G. was all for switching medications only after a month and not really connecting with the patient. Once we were asked 'What did we want to do'. Hold on, your a doctor, why are you asking us that. After showing him recordings or our loved one acting out, he basically he couldn't help.
