I felt like I needed to make a review to say a few things for anyone looking at these apartments. I’ve totally enjoyed it! We haven’t lived here for long, but they’ve fixed everything for us immediately. There were several things that we asked of them the first few days and they’ve immediately helped us every time. It was better when the old management company was in there. So thankful I moved out in December. Yet I still have yet to get a move out statement In the mail and it's almost February after mananagment promising me a call back about this. Like the rest of the reviews I would suggest not moving here. And I would stay away from all greystar communities
This will be the 2nd time I have wrote a review on Novi. I lived in these Apartment's for 1 year, and 5 months. When we first moved in, it was great. The management took care of any question we had, and was there very quickly if something broke in the apartment. The place was always kept nice and clean. They also new every person by name. Parking parking parking!!! I try parking far from everyone and there’s always some idiot parking close to me even when there’s a bunch of parking everywhere else! Spaces are tight enough already
If I wasn’t stuck in my lease I would be out of this awful place. Very noisy and people treat this place like it is a giant dump and they don’t pick up after themselves. I just barely got a 3 day to pay or vacate notice for last months rent which was NEVER GIVEN TO ME. I went to the office a few days ago saying I never got my rent bill and they said that they are just behind and I’ll get it.
