RecommendedAbsolutely adore the front office. After seeing the place and choosing to go through the application process I decided to go online and check reviews. I was a little taken aback by some of the responses on the place. I did a lot of digging and walked around the entire property .. which was super clean and nothing like some of the angry “previous tenants” had posted. The place is great. The neighbors are awesome. I love it.
Don’t live here. Too expensive, rent is different every month- plus the package you’re forced to pay for, it all gets just Ridiculous. Plus the halls smell like pee every day, the elevator seems to never work, and you step in dog poop anytime you go outside. Plus, Management doesn’t try to help or give you the time of day if it’s regarding anything rent related. Just don’t do it, look elsewhere.
vehicles are broken into on a weekly basis, another one sun morning at 4 am. car garage video cameras dont work, that coming from uta police department.
DO NOT LIVE HERE! AWFUL MANAGEMENT. The leasing agents are liars and rude! Dirty and unsanitary! things dont work properly and they charge you more and more every month. I havent even been here a year! do not rent here! Pictures are posted in the comments
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY. WASTE OF MONEY!
Run! The management is with out a doubt the worst I've ever worked with. There really isn't a word on how bad they are. People leave dog poop up and down halls/elevators. Our neighbors got raided by the FBI and taken away at 6 AM a month ago. This is the type of people they allow because they are getting desperate. This place is horrible!!
