I made an appointment and requested it be virtual and somehow my appointment time came and went and I didn’t not receive any communication from the office…after I called them they finally called me HOURS after my scheduled appointment. The next day I discovered the medication that I was prescribed was not covered by my insurance I requested to be prescribed an alternative or a generic and was never contacted by the office.
