Awful experience. This is now my third attempt to try and make a appointment with no one reaching out telling me an appointment was canceled or that there was an emergency. I do not recommend this clinic if you are seeking help, they will give you the run.
I made an appointment and requested it be virtual and somehow my appointment time came and went and I didn’t not receive any communication from the office…after I called them they finally called me HOURS after my scheduled appointment. The next day I discovered the medication that I was prescribed was not covered by my insurance I requested to be prescribed an alternative or a generic and was never contacted by the office. I left multiple messages all of which were documented by the 3rd party and never received a call back. ... read more
