I just want to take a moment to share my experience with the Rochester Novella Infusion treatment center. My insurance was not playing ball , and had been holding off on giving the approval, to move forward with my treatment. All of the staff were thoughtful, kind, knowledgeable, patient, and beyond helpful....they answered all my questions and returned my calls, in a timely manner.
