Do NOT move here if you value cleanliness and a well-run community that values it’s residents. I previously loved living in Novel, but it’s gotten increasingly worse in the recent years since General Manager Lexi Sclavounos took over. The lack of accountability from upper level Bozzuto management is alarming, despite countless residents raising concerns.
