I have had the pleasure of calling Novel home since 2022 and after living in the neighborhood for more than 3 years now I can confidently say that this is the best building in Navy Yard. The modern design, spacious rooms, and generous amenities are second to none in this area, and the dedicated staff and management are the cherry on top. I never lived at Novel, but my company was a mobility vendor at the property for just over a year. The staff there were always amazing to work with - welcoming and eager to provide a great resident experience. This was true all the way through the leadership at Bozzuto. I'd highly recommend the building to anyone who wants to live in a great property with amazing amenities and a truly engaged and motivated staff.
Really sweet staff here, wanna especially shout out to Olawale for his kindness and amazing help all the time!
