I really love this building and its staff, but the way the building is managed has gotten markedly worse in the year that I’ve been here. I’m still fighting with management about my $500 conservice bill, and have never heard from GM Lexi after requesting an email from her on July 9th. Aside from that, the building is not being maintained in the same manner that it was when I moved in. Terrible experience with management. Absolutely horrible. For the amount of rent and fees being charged, I expect much better.

It seems like there are additional measures being taken to prove identity and additional verification documents.
