This customer called Mjacques order cabinets only. We did the floor plan and got him the cabinets. He contract somebody else to install the cabinets. The person did not have experience on cabinets installation, sales rep. Felipe spoke with this person few times to explain the floor plan, at some point Felipe realized that he did not know about cabinet installation , Felipe told him that he could not give him more instruction over the phone, he should had contract someone with experience . This customer called Railroad did not want to include the closet at the original estimate. Yes I miss calculate the floor and I order a extra floor and labor at Novateck expence. He decide to include the closet and I charge him for material and labor for the closet only . The extra charge was $ 170.00. He agreed at first but refuse to pay latter. I never spoke to him and he actually never pay for the extra closet .
Be extra careful with this company! If they don't measure the floors correctly, they charge the customer for the extra material, labor, shipping, etc. This company does not honor its service agreements.
Novatech does NOT honor its service agreements with its clients. Owner miscalculated the measurements by 300 sqft. and now she (Rosemarie) is charging us for the extra floor, labor, and shipping. Very bad for business. She said she was allergic to our cats and that was the reason she couldn't accurately count the floor measurements.......really? I mean really? Find another company please because while you may think you are getting a good deal on the price, you always get what you pay for.
Worst experience ever. They delivered the wrong cabinet and wouldn't exchange it. Never delivered the lazy Suzan that was promised. Rosemeiri was extremely rude and not helpful at all. DO NOT USE THEM. They will just take your money and won't care anymore.
Bad experience. What kind of a bathroom remodeler doesn't include plumbing in an estimate? Also gave deposit by check and asked for refund the next day and they refused to give money back.

BEWARE!!! Horrible Business!! Installers chipped tiles and installed the tiles unevenly... The grout they installed is also discolored... Novateck refused to correct their mistakes pointing the finger at the grout manufacturer, the installers (hired by Novateck) and they even pointed the finger at me blaming my subfloor for their sloppy work!!! I was very concern about have someone at my house, moving my staff around and doing my floor. With the novateck installer I did have to do nothing , they moved my staff installed the floor and at the end of the day a had my new floor done... I just love it... Thank you Novateck time.
