This is a great place to work. The staff are very friendly, caring and make you feel welcomed. Their flexible and willing to accommodate you if they can. The hours aren't bad. The work it's work, like any other job. It's what you put in is what you get out. And I'm getting a good feeling like home. Come join us!!

Novaserv has given me opportunities to use my skills and gain experience. As the data specialist, I've been challenged with important projects and have had the freedom to explore new, faster ways to perform my tasks. Supervisors are supportive, accessible, and strive to show appreciation for employees’ efforts. My coworkers are friendly and a pleasure to work with. They will use their employers until someone comes along who they can pay less. They dont care about peoples complaints or issues. I personally had taken a what i felt was an invasion of personal space to the director who completely ivnored it, on a second occasion i took a racial comment to thd director as well for a second time both were not investigated nor were they spoken about again. Take your chances, i was working directly under the director and know all the dirty things they allowed in fear of loosing a dollar.
